Oneonta Gorge Falls Trail, Columbia River Gorge, Oregon

A short hike in the Oneonta Gorge is a very refreshing and worthwhile hike. You’ll have to get in the water to reach the end of the deep gorge and see the waterfall. Be careful with your electronics because you’ll wade through water nearly four feet deep. Large logs have to be traversed at the beginning of the trail that are very slippery when wet. At some points you’ll be 15 to 20 feet of the ground balancing on a wet slippery log. The trail head can be found off of the old historical Hwy 30 not to far from Multnomah Falls in the Columbia River Gorge.
